We prefer to invest in organizations with experienced management teams in expansion stage, with $500K to $100 million in annual revenue. We also assist startups.

MenloGreen enhances returns and reduces risk for entrepreneurs and investors, by using new evaluation criteria and operating standards when selecting projects to fund. Once funded, we contribute active management through cash-out. Investment opportunities are denominated in small commitment levels in order to meet the means and goals of America’s professional middle class. Initially available to accredited investors, future funds will soon open-up to a larger segment of Americans. Many in the middle class already qualify as accredited investors due to appreciated value of their real property.

MenloGreen also encourages endowment and community investment in local green projects. We see this participation as an effective way to share and effectively allocate External Rate of Return (ERR) goals, costs and benefits.

On the institutional side, there are billions of dollars currently earmarked for green initiatives. We help direct these funds to take advantage of tax credits, garner reasonable returns, and invest in socially responsible causes. Through contacts and industry experience of the principles, MenloGreen connects investors with appropriate green businesses and projects seeking funds.
